OK Einstein.... Why are so many pubs retiring from congress only a few months before an election instead of finishing out their term?
Not because they are being paid to. But best guess is to give replacements a chance to be elected short term & be incumbents before November election. Or, they were sick of Gaetz/MTG/Roy being nothing but disruptive & screwing over Pub House chances in November. Net, they just said F it.

well you'd be wrong. The one guy that is retiring is doing so because the state law there is almost assuring that dems win the speakership this summer. The guy in Colo is retiring to force Bobert to leave congress in order to run in the new district he holds. Colo law won't let her run for his seat while holding hers.

So those 2 pubs are retiring at a time that ensures pubs lose 2 members this summer. Pubs won't get those 2 guys replaced before Nov.

Man...UK basketball is gonna be hard to watch next year if it's true that Cal will be back. If Cal couldn't win with this team...he wont win anything of significance here ever again. I guess let's hope the football team is good this coming season...on paper the team looks nice. But who knows.
He had the greatest guard trio in UK history... and didn't win a single tourney game.

Collapse Of Key Bridge Strategic Attack

Collapse Of Key Bridge Strategic Attack — Lara Logan is reporting that the the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore 1:30 this morning, March 26, was caused by a planned “strategic attack” on US critical infrastructure.
The 1.6 mile bridge collapsed in seconds after it was hit by the container ship Dali.
It was most likely cyber-warfare she says.
Second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material now down for 4-5 years – which is how long they say it will take to recover. Bridge was built specifically to move hazardous material – fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals and oversized cargo that cannot fit in the tunnels – that supply chain now crippled, she posted on X
With an open border and an armed forces directed by “diversity” rather than courage and competency, now is not the time to go to war.
Collapse Of Key Bridge Strategic Attack
Anyone finding this funny are sick in the head.

OMG Dion. If you consider that "informative", then no wonder you are so f***ing gullible and stupid. 7 thoughts.

First, PBS? Really, PBS?!?! Always follow the money. Second, the comments are turned off. That could mean a lot of things, but typically that means the "creator" couldn't take the heat they were getting in or from the comments. Hmm. We'll never know and I wonder why.... Third, that dude is just as smug, unfunny, condescending, false know-it-all, obnoxious prick as you are. Fourth, closely related, he has an attitude that makes normal people want to punch his snot locker through the back of his cranium. Fifth, he made about 47 assertions as fact and never backed ANY of them up with data or even logic. Just made tropes and claims, that all mirrored liberal talking points. Even the liberal "putdowns" were thrown in, like "climate deniers". (That is particularly fing childish. No one denies we have a climate.) Sixth, he made about 10 complete and absolute appeals to authority. His final "payoff" was nothing but an appeal to authority "climate scientists who discovered ...". Some of the worst appeals were "science people have been looking at the sun" and "scientists know stuff". Which all have a direct implication that everyone else is a rube if you do not follow the appeal to authority. (Sounds JUST like the jab. Name one longitudinal, meaning 10-yr study showing the efficacy of those fing injections. ONE.) Seventh, the rest was an appeal to hysteria. Rubes like you bought it.

This was a video made likely with elementary or middle school students in mind because they are minds of mush and likely already agree with the hysteria and easily fall for the appeal to authority. If you want to make a real video, make it as an earnest attempt to reach out to the other side. (My side does that ALL the time.)

If that is your data source, then you lost this debate too. I'm done with you, you are not worth any more of my time.

Give us one single thing in there that was incorrect. Just one. 'The guy was nerdy, me smash!' Lol.

Because the power went out. When it comes back they try full reversing which causes careening, but they lost power again and probably didn't have enough time anyway. Might've been better served to try just drifting through as the initial line isn't that bad, but the instant the power comes back they start fighting it and swinging around like mad. Reverse is only one prop so not nearly enough power to save them, especially with possibly reduced power from the mechanical failures. That was a LOT of smoke.
Looked more like they dropped anchor when the power went out but only one side caught and steered it into the bridge.

Word on the street is that Paxton filed this DOA suit just to make Trump happy enough to give him a pardon. He is looking at 5-10 years atm.

Yeah they did drop anchor but with that much bulk it's unlikely to do much. That clip doesn't show it well but if you break it down frame by frame you can see it isn't consistently pivoting around one anchor line, the backend pitches around. Doesn't matter either way though, I'm no expert, was just disputing the implication of a deliberate attack.

Wow.

I didn't know you had container ship captain on the old resume'.

Tell us some more. Know anything about typhoon class submarines?

I've been wanting to buy one.
He is almost Platnidumb qualified and smart. Just waiting for him now to tell us that J. Edgar Hoover was the King of England before he became President of the United States. He is on that level now.

Because leaving things in the hands of the corporations always worked out so well for the coal miners of Eastern Kentucky. The shell casings all over Blair Mountain beg to differ.

Funny how you disparage capitalism with evidence of bad things in history, but you dismiss the OVERWHELMING negative history of socialism. “Hey everyone, let me tell you about some bad thing that happened in corporate America, but my kind of socialism is different from the historical brand, so I don’t have to pay attention to THAT history.”

There’s plenty of money in Washington to get you your direct welfare. Sending more money to Washington will have a net negative impact on the lives of Americans.

Look at all the stupid crap the federal government funds. The purpose of which is often only political and federal control. But, when you point it out, people say that dropping programs and pork barrel expenses would be such a drop in the bucket compared to the MASSIVE federal budget that people complaining about waste are wasting their breath. So, we look the other way and find new taxes for politicians to spend.

Which is like saying we cannot afford to eat out every night, but then because one fast food meal is so small in relation to our monthly expenses, why not eat out every night?

I dunno, but if it is CO2, we should do something about that. I'd be behind any promising/meaningful ideas that the climate change left can come up with. But so far, none have been proposed.

So basically, get back to me when you have something that will make a difference. Until then, STFU already.

If the sun is weakening and not just cycling, we need that CO2. Green the planet!!

Funny how fast the Transportation Secretary and ALL federal resources got to the bridge today, I wonder how the people of East Palestine feel? Can you guess which is republican ran, and the other democrat ran?
The bridge and shipping port in Baltimore is one of the largest ports in the world. That bridge is also a major connection in one of America's largest cities. Bridge collapses are rare as hell.
So tell me about the world port in EP and all of the international commerce there. Wasn't aware of that.
Also there are approximately 1,300 train derailments per year in the US. That's about 3 per day on average. Is Biden supposed to fly to 3 train derailment sites every day?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Some have occured here in Ky and nobody expected the President to fly in for one that only impacts about 50 people.
C'mon man.....to compare those two disasters and their relevance to the US economy is truly idiotic.

Maybe the government should sell 60 dollar Bibles to make money???
Nothing spreads the word of God like a 60 dollar Bible eh?

lol

Well we were talking Bill of Rights and inherent rights the entire time, so I blame myself for saying Constitution and opening the door to your deflection.

But no, I don’t think the civilians Obama and Biden, et al have bombed in (some cases) extra constitutional uses of force are protected from our government by our bill of rights.

That doesn’t mean the President is free to just bomb everyone in the world. But that also doesn’t mean the limitations on the use of force in the Constitution are there to protect the rights of people all over the world.

Did you just attempt to distinguish the Bill of Rights from the constitution?
