UK is in compliance with the NCAA and has had a clean record for several decades. Mitch might get rid of Cal, but Mitch is a school President’s wet dream.
So, because we haven’t been in trouble with the NCAA we, the fans, should accept Coach Cal’s dumpster fire that Mitch enabled?
According to some, Mitch never wanted Cal to begin with and was forced to hire him. Those people say he doesn't directly manage Cal because Cal doesn't like that he was opposed to hiring him. If those stories are true, maybe Mitch was right all along.

A petition! That'll do it! Make sure you send a check for a few hundred thousand to help with the buyout.
A petition is a way of sending a clear message. President Capilouto will see it as “x amount of fans won’t financially support the program until changes have been made.” Hate on it all you want, but the fact of the matter is that it will at least make our voices heard. Beats putting For Sale signs in his yard.
Whether you think it will help or not, just stop squabbling about it and sign the damn petition! We need to be doing anything and everything we possibly can right now to save our program.
Make one for Cal only and I’ll gladly sign.
