Official visits, how does it work ?

I know we can pay for every thing when a kid is on an official visit as a high school SR. I'm assuming we can pay for every thing on kids in the portal who are visiting.
Is their a maximum number of visits a school is allowed to pay for ?

Yes, there's a max number of OVs allowed but I can't recall what it is.

I get having rules and following them but with the ncaa proposals on paying players and NIL being essentially unmonitored in any way that indicates there are rules or consequences for violations, I can’t imagine worrying about details like specific number of OVs. It’s the Wild West.
