NLRB rules in favor of Dartmouth's men's BB players that they are actually employees of the college. This will allow players to unionize. But whether you are in favor of this or not it could be the beginning of the end for any and all extra curricular activities at the school. Now, who is to say bandmembers, debaters or anyone who represents the university is not an employee.
