Just a thought I had while reading about Miro Little (a Baylor guard in the transfer portal, from Finland). I think there could be some efficiencies in finding international players who can give you good minutes in CBB. International guys aren't eligible for NIL in most cases (remember the issues Oscar had), so if you could get 3-5 international players on your roster, if gives you more money to spend on the remaining 8 or so domestic players. And probably a couple of those domestic players are low-dollar or no-dollar NIL guys as well. Then you spend big on 4-6 stars.
