This is a term I've heard and have read to the point that I expect it, up until the NBA draft that is. Cal will absolutely get a good crop of freshmen and water is wet, but does anybody else remember 2016 supposedly being "the year" for a monster haul? Seems like confidence in Bridges, Simmons, Monk and many others has cooled an awful lot. You'd think interest would have skyrocketed after Cal sent 4 players to the lottery this year.
