I heard Cal somehow got Brad a lifetime contract from dopey Mitch
Succession plan. Pays Brad $18M a year until he’s 70. Buyout is $2.2 billion.
Cal will be bringing in two new assistants. Brad and Ellen.
Apparently Dan Wetzel reporting on X it was a contentious meeting and Cal stepping away.
There has been no X post from Dan Wetzel about this meeting.

Yes, I was excited when he replaced Billy Gillespie. Unfortunately, I don't know how to change it.
I'm as upset as everyone else about Cal's lack of coaching acumen and disregard for the fan base. I've put 2 sons through UK and a 3rd finishing his Junior year right now. I also had lower arena season tickets until 5 years ago when I gave them up because I was tired of Cal turning over his entire team every year.
Think what you want but obviously emotions are running hot right now on this board and rightfully so, in my opinion. I'll just step away for awhile until things calm down a little.
