UKs recruiting right now feels a whole lot like recruiting in the 1970’s. Before the internet most of us never knew about recruiting wars nor anything about the Players we were recruiting. You would See how many Parade All Americans we were getting and later McDonald’s All Americans. Most of us had never seen any of the guys playing Basketball. Freshmen couldn’t play until their Sophomore year. You would get Rumors out of Practice. Some people got to see Freshman Basketball Games. Then we fast forward to now where we know every recruit 3-4 years before they arrive on Campus.
Now we are talking about Getting Players Unknown to most of us who played for teams we know about but we have never seen the Individuals Play. I feel like at least for this year we are in a Time Warp.
