When Leary committed most of BBN anticipated a that he would be a player that could carry a team to 8 - 9 wins. That did not happen for various reasons, but Leary certainly did not live up to expectations.
My question is why ?
There were throws that left you thinking "What was that", there were times when he held the ball too long and took the sack. Was it the OL? What it the receivers ? Was it the scheme ? His level of play did not elevate either of those 2 units.
