Can someone tell me why, besides it may hurt some of the players developmentally for the NBA, we can’t implement a policy on defense where you don’t help off any players outside the three point line? With our offense, I don’t think anyone can outscore us simply shooting twos. If you get beat off the dribble, it’s up to you and the seven footer to try and prevent a layup. No help from anyone guarding people outside the 3 line.
