Have a close friend who works closely with a big booster at UK. He said that Trent Noah apparently inquired to Pope about re-opening his recruitment and potentially committing to UK. Apparently Pope was non-committal and essentially said they were waiting on 4-5 other names before he would take Trent Noah.
Obviously this could all be false but do feel it’s a trustworthy source. I do think this is good news and makes me feel like Pope has a lot of options to choose from, to the point that he’s not accepting commitments from players who want to come here because he’s waiting for the big fish. Kinda goes with everything else we’ve been hearing.
