That list is probably slightly out of date. For example, Cliff Alexander has said for a long time UK is a dream school and he is better than he is rated on that list. JaQuan Lyle visited UK in the past week. Noah Vonleh is definitely being recruited by UK. Zags blog says UK is at least in contact with Tyus Jones.
