You can make money in basketball? Lulvul fans taken aback

The OP in that thread was so confused because of the big words. The quote from Cal is nothing knew. He has long said that with the new contracts, the amount of money is going to be so high that it can transform a player's entire family going forward, most of whom were poor in the past.

Oh, jeez, it was a link to the card forum. I hate going there.

Took me awhile to make sense of it. Then I realized that there was no sense to be made.

My greatest surprise was that somebody didn't ask for breathing instructions. Clearly a few have forgotten how. Side effect of the Meth I suppose.

Poor Jennifer Lawrence. So cute and talented. So misguided. I guess its just an environmental hazard of growing up there.

Lol that blurb he posted says nothing about them asking a question about the early signing period. It is clearly a statement taken out of context and regardless, I guess it's horrible to want your players to be wealthy. Pitino is killing it in creating more poverty though.

Cal knows that getting to the NBA and making big bucks is a goal most talented players aspire to. He does his best to help players reach this goal and he knows that this is a great recruiting tool. What is different about Cal than many college basketball coaches is the fact that he acknowledges this and puts the players first instead of putting his program first.

Just occurred to me. I'm not sure why making money in basketball should surprise the Kards at all.

From what I understand, there are some gals that have been making money off that basketball team for awhile now.
