Whither Bilas?

Bilas did not do the ESPN special showing of our practice, like he did last time (Burke was on instead), and while I know the season hasn't really started yet, there have been some shows and segments on TV, and ESPN has their video segments on their website, but I have yet to see Bilas on any of them. Anyone know if there is something going on behind the scenes (personal stuff maybe)? Just seems like he's had a subdued role, if at all, so far.

Also, isn't this the first season in a long time where ESPN didn't cover the various "madness" events around the country? Cutbacks?

I'm not certain. But it could be like you pointed out that basketball season hasn't truly begun yet.

He did the ACC coaches roundtable they made him analyst number 1 when the demoted dick . I'd say Jay will be seen a lot soon

Lol, no kidding. Bilas has proved to be a huge phony. His battle is strictly with the NCAA, and that's fine and dandy, but his continuous defense of ol Roy and the Crypt Keeper is sickening

I agree. Bilas is a very smart guy and while I think he believes what he says most of the time he is no different than any of their other guys that spout stuff for clicks and toe the company line on UNC and Duke.
