Willis playing very unselfishly. Looking to pass first. Not playing like a kid trying to make up for sitting on the bench for two years. I like it.Think Willis supplanted him. Derek does a lot of the same things only he's 5 inches taller with more experience.
If he would be willing to commit a crime , Louisville will be all over him !He transferred closer to home.

Early season I agree. Not a Briscoe fan yet. A little too much unnecessary Archie in his game right now. He'll get it though.our best 5 might just be ulis, murray, willis, poythress, and skal.
size, length, quickness, skill
Mulder will get lost in the rotation if he doesn't start hitting those open threes.
I think Moldher will be a solid contributor in due time.Have not seen the Jr college transfer in game tonight, any one heard anything
Reggie Miller says hello.Milder will be 1tth man. Amazing that he shot such a high percentage from deep, because he doesn't have that great of a release.
That sounds great but that was only seven. I think Mathews is top 8 and Humphries will see a little time as the nine guy, as will Hawkins once he is back.ulis, murray, skal, poythress, lee, briscoe, and willis are our top 8. if briscoe is playing like an idiot or willis is playing soft...mathews gets in. if we get into foul trouble inside...humphries plays a bit.

doubt it. cal is going to play ulis and murray until they drop. skal as much as he can stay on the court. 30+ minutes for all those guys
Mulder will be fine. Remember, Booker had a bit of a slump the first few games of the season, too. But also, Ulis, Briscoe, Murray, and Matthews all seem to be ahead of him. Hawkins may be ahead of him too whenever he's fully recovered, if he hasn't regressed because of the injury (which I imagine he won't regress). I'm not too worried about Mulder; I imagine he'll get better and more comfortable.
fans just should deal with the fact that 8, 9, 10 guys arent going to play this year. and as a result...certain guys just arent going to play.
they arent hurt.
they isnt a chemistry problem
they arent transferring
they just arent good enough to crack the main guys.
It's people who don't understand Cals methods, or are expecting last year to be a norm.
He's always been the same.
1) Defense.....Defense......Defense.....Offense.....Defense.....Defense...
2) 6 to 7 guy oration
I think the Platoons are making people loons.
Booker was 1 for his 1st 11 and then didn't miss until Christmas. Dude had such a bizarre season. After his initial slump and then another minor one, he was in a groove and I thought he would be the best 3 pt shooter ever at UK, but then had another run down the stretch where he couldn't hit. Got to be something that can be fixed because when he is on, he's automatic.
But right away you could see that Booker could play. Which surprised me because I assumed he was basically a spot up shooter who would have to learn to be a player. Whether Mulder hits his shots or not, I still haven't seen enough yet to make me think he is ready to be a significant contributor.

That might be what happens, we'll see how Hawkins comes into the picture.
I don't know that these are the best 5 players, but they might fit the best.
Uh, Hawkins will be getting DNPs. Not good enough to take mins away from the guards.
