That's the point, they are no better than the people voting Kobe and Durant in.
The All-Star vote is a joke. If you're looking for objectivity, you're never going to find it with the fan voting.

That still doesn't make it right.
No it doesn't, but of all the glaring injustices in the world, this one is probably worth less than 10 seconds of our consideration.

The game itself never meant anything, but making the roster a number of times is typically a measuring stick for the quality of a player. Guys getting voted in when they don't deserve it means we need to stop caring about that completely.

Probably true. One just has to hope that the conference coaches vote in the right guys for the bench after the fans make their popularity contest votes.

Vote! Quit being slackers. I tweeted Cal a few days ago asking if he would send a tweet asking his followers to simply tweet "DeMarcus Cousins #NBABallot." Cal has like 1.2 million followers and if even half of them tweeted DMC then he would be starting I believe. If all of them tweeted it then he would be the leading vote getter lol. But as of a couple of days ago Cal never sent out a tweet.

I've been voting daily for Demarcus via email, but I'm challenged when using my iPhone or Facebook. I love Demarcus so much, I called my daughter and had her walk me through how to send a SMS text, and whoala, I was successful in sending my first SMS text voting for Demarcus.

It was easy and took only a few seconds, so everybody should be voting for Cousins multiple ways! Now I'm going to try to figure out how to vote via Facebook!

Since they changed the voting to frontcourt last year instead of positions, the three highest frontcourt players will start. I could be wrong but I think the east started LeBron, Melo, and Paul George last year who are all SFs.
