Very proud of Jeremiah Fears. I got exactly what I wanted tonight.

I'm proud of the young man and I wish to God he had ended up in blue and white for us this year, but the timing just didn't work out. This game turned out exactly the way I had hoped, with Jeremiah playing outstanding, but UK still winning in the end (and Oweh getting his revenge).

Jeremiah is legit. I wish he would enter the portal, but he's a legit top 20 pick now and it looks like he's gone. He should be a true senior in high school right now. He made Joliet very proud tonight.

Good job, Jeremiah!

Why be a bitch in this thread? I know you dislike me as a poster, but get a life, man.

Seriously, man. Get a life.
“Bitch?” Lol. I posted it in other thread not just yours. He whined after every shot and then acted like a wannabe tough guy after. Cool you taught him and all but you didn’t birth him, don’t be so sensitive. 🤣🤣

It was a testy game but felt like out guys were having fun with it and they were just salty trying to prove something. Just came off sour.
Oweh was just as into the game as Fears. Keep in mind, Jeremiah is 18. He's got a lot of growing up to do, and he was playing against his favorite school. I'd probably be acting insane if I was playing against UK at his age.

I retract my original statement. I apologize about that, but you still look petty.

He's a flat our baller and fun to watch. Makes one wonder why a talent like him from IL (who then played at a prep school in AZ) ended up in Norman after decommitting from Illinois. Just odd for him to end up at a mid-tier P5 program (outside of NIL of course).

I understand Asa Newell (from ATL) staying "home" to play at UGA 1 season before going to the draft (much like ANT did). Fears going to OU is a bit of a head scratcher though. Must be more to the story than I know.

We were fortunate on that last no-call, fellas but I'll take it! It was the right call for the situation.

Good job, Jeremiah!
He is a damn good player, so is his brother. If he wants to be in Lexington next year let’s make it happen

He re-classed, and there was probably not a lot of options, or not a lot of options that looked as good

You don't have to click on the thread. See how it works?

And if a man can't start a thread about a former student and future lottery pick who almost beat Kentucky almost 30 minutes ago, just what the world is he supposed to start a thread about on this message board?

Ok so did Cal not recruit him? How did we lose him?

I know! How about you start another thread about Joe Lunardi's most recent bracketology?
You taught him, we get it. Again, congrats.

The kid is a baller!!!

Would have LOVED to had him in BLUE!!!

He has a great handle, is fast, athletic and can score from all 3 levels. He will be in the NBA next season.

The "talking" was going on from BOTH sides all night and a lot of kids play their whole life doing it.
