Upset Alert

Crazy how awful all these 2 point plays have been on both sides when the offenses were moving at will in the regular flow of the game.

It’s amazing how this 2PT conversion scenario turns coaches’ brains to mush. Why would you try to throw it from the 2 over and over?

This is actually the perfect time for a Wildcat. Don’t even send a QB out there and put in an extra OL

Seriously, if you were given a 4th and 3 situation 8 times, how many coaches would pass it 8 times? But do the 2PT gimmick and it seems like 90%+ will

WOW, watched 4th quarter and the 8 OT. That was some hardcore football. Not all that great in execution but in heart and want, it was a great 4th and OT's. UGA pulled it out.

I would have gone for 2 there if I were Tech. Their defense is injured/out of gas, so I don’t think extending the game is beneficial for them. King looks like he might have one play left in his pocket if they needed it for the win.

I felt the same way.

On the road, underdog, one play to win.

Didn't understand it then and now neither does Kirby. Going for a tie at best now instead of win. IF they score you definitely do not go for 2 at this point. Doh!

They messed up.

Likely win in regulation if they kick there.

The 2 pt conversion reveals that some people really struggle with basic math.

Especially when the other team fails to score on the first possession.

That is your chance to be creative and get into the end zone. If you fail, you have the ball first in the next OT.

When UGA finally decided to run it in OT, it was a QB sneak and Beck took a big hit. Finally went to Frazier on that last play. 🥳
