i posted this on another site, so forgive me if you have already seen it.
23 days ago I got on the UK athletic website and ordered 3 each of the 3 basketball schedule posters for this year. I have some students here in Ohio that are big UK fans, like I am. I paid a total of fifteen dollars for shipping and handling. I had to sign up for and go through a website called active.com to do it. I got an email receipt. Two weeks went by, no posters. I called the athletic office and the lady told me to wait another week and see if they came. I waited until today and called again. The different lady on the phone looked me up and they had me in the system, so no problem there. She said unfortunately, a large number of posters that went out never got there and that a lot of people didn't get the posters they ordered. Also unfortunately, they were out of posters and that they would refund my money. I don't care about the fifteen bucks, I want the posters, for my classroom and for the students I had already promised them to. I can only guess that somewhere along the way, a bunch were stolen and are probably being sold somewhere. It stinks.
