I went to the linked site. Gonna brag here, but I have got the best near eyesight of anyone I've ever met. I can read the lettering used as the frames of the portraits on dollar bills. I couldn't read that site because the font was so small.

Go to the browser settings on you browser you are using and increase the font size. My setting is 125% and I can read it fine.
