Side note on that- UK struggled a little bit in that game. You can hear that the score is within 20, and it's the 2nd half.
It's hard to draw a lot of conclusions with exhibition games, because the competition is (now- used to be a little different) just different degrees of bad. However,there does seem to be a little correlation between how a team handles those games, and what they turn out to be when the games really count. 12-13 and 13-14 both failed to score 100 in either exhibition. They showed some clear signs of offensive struggles. Last year and 11-12 just blew the doors off both teams they played.
So hopefully, 117-58 (and especially the 38-7 start to the game) is a sign of things to come. If it is, the people predicting 5 or more losses are going to be very wrong.
