Has been a great addition to our coaching staff IMO. Aside from being in Cal's players/coaches family, he brings valuable knowledge and experience that is crucial in development of younger players. As UTEP HC, he lead them to the NCAA tourney and had a decent run at Auburn. He adds to what is already an impressive coaching staff.

He is a defensive minded coach. He is one of the closest people in the world to Cal. I think,cal,enjoys having him around again. We have a terrific staff.
