You take what the defense gives you FROM THE FIRST SNAP TO THE FINAL WHISTLE. This USC team was not good against the run. You make them stop it, and when they adjust to do so, you go over the top with the pass. We had at least three running plays over 15 yards called back because of bllsht penalties we had no business committing that didn't even affect the play.
Said it last week when at the SMiss game- You run those jet sweeps against SEC speed and you're gonna get your assets handed to you. I was hoping they were just trying to take advantage of SMiss and their lack of speed. Then I watch them do that sht against USC when they can't pass the ball. W.t.f. You HAVE TO MAKE THEM back off the LOS before you MIGHT have some success with the sweeps. N-S running plays don't make room for the jet sweep. They make the D crowd the line more than drop back. It was a really bad call against them

Won't matter how well we pass block if we can't line the fk up correctly, or continue to extend our arms to hold in pass or run blocking. This was a complete self-immolation. It wasn't just on the sucky pass blocking. It was sht from play calling to execution. The only group that did a pretty good job on offense was the RB group running the ball.
There's too much to fix to think that we can compete with Georgia next week, but I'm not giving up on the season, or next weeks game
