My mother had this and merthiolate in little glass bottles for my daily wounds. One was harmless but the other burned flesh like the flames of Hell. I still don't know which one it was but I vividly remember hiding cuts to avoid the medicinal russian roulette.

merthiolate stung like heck. I think every household in America had this when I was a kid. If I cut myself at my friends house I knew his mother could doctor me up. Same when he got busted up at my house.

-RIP threads being funny. Actually they never were funny so I guess the comedy was extinct from the onset.
-the ability to say anything without offending some snowflake.
- the art of living ones life without posting about it on 10 different social media sites. Eff those people by the way.

The ability to post in an RIP thread without offending some snowflake.

The art of living ones life without complaining about what someone posted on 10 different media sites. Eff those people by the way.

[eyeroll] Should’ve know this thread would turn into old man bitching, oh well.

Used to work at Blockbuster on Nicholasville road in college back when they were doing the VHS to DVD conversion and that makes me feel very old and outdated.

Anyone ever eat at Rax? Is that disgusting shithole still a thing?

Getting RC cars at RadioShack or browsing a circuit city were always great as a kid.

Steak and Malibu Chicken from Sizzler. Very disappointing.

Sizzler.

Glenn, you never have to be without it now. Complete recipe below although Sizzler's Malibu chicken was fried not baked (see video). I think that the recipe is correct otherwise based on dozens of samplings back in the 1980's.

Malibu Chicken dipping sauce (the best part) = dijon mustard, regular mustard, honey, and mayo.

Remember these? Hard to believe how difficult it was logistically to obtain solid adult entertainment. I couldn't imagine if I was a kid growing up in this internet age. Who knows how demented I would have become if I had such easy access.
