Great perimeter ball pressure. Gonna hound teams a lot.
Not sure they can shoot from the perimeter with any consistency but should get a lot of easy baskets in transition.

I agree. Shots will fall, but the way this team plays and the energy and effort in which they play with is elite.
Dillingham, Wagner, Thiero, and Sheppard all play harder than anyone on our perimeter last year.

The perimeter D is crazy good. And only 3 fouls in the half. They do play in attack mode on both sides.
All we need is just a little rim protection and rebounding to be among the best in the country this year
Missing on Dickinson may have been a blessing in disguise. Can’t imagine they would be playing this frenetic pace with him at center. Not bashing him as a player, just doesn’t fit with this roster.
Agree. Dickinson is a good player, but if you put him on this team we suddenly look like the last two years with Oscar...except he's nowhere close to as good of a rebounder as Oscar.
This is very true! He played with two NBA first round picks last year and didn't even make the tournament. Can't play "modern" basketball with bigs like that any more.
What I like most about this group so far is how they really enjoy sharing the ball. They don’t care who scores. Every single dude on the team is just as happy to make a great pass as they are to score. I feel like we haven’t had a true TEAM in a long time… just a bunch of dudes thrown together that look good some nights but mediocre most. These guys all REALLY know how to play the game.
Is it just me, I guess not.
Because I keep looking at these young men and say :
Look at that floor spacing!
Look at them get after that ball !
On ball pressure is absolutely suffocating at times ... Imagine this as it ages.....
I think that once they get comfortable together, in the offensive flow, the shots are gonna start raining down on some folks and it's gonna be a storm of 3s.
Defense and the athleticism, quickness, basketball IQ, plus, they're doing some things out there you just can't teach.
Most of this seems out of pure instinct from these guys.
Liking the mix of experience and youth.
Team chemistry looks solid.
As long as they come out and play hard like they are, we got a real special team.
Surely CCC can't screw this up.
