Depending on the guy's rank and actions, it's possible he is a legit war criminal. Even if he technically isn't, it's solely because of the Nuremberg defense. Not because his actions themselves didn't qualify.

I did see a headline their speaker resigned over the fallout. Not sure if it was only his position as speaker or if he resigned altogether. I'm guessing the former.
