If it is in fact still a rule that the ball needs to be catchable for defensive pass interference then the refs in the Baylor-TCU game need to fired at half time and they can finish the game some other time.

I would really like for a real referee to come on here and explain why it is never ever called anymore. If it's not a rule anymore than take it out of the book officially.
