This is a really bad UK football team.
Everything we had voiced concerns about: new OC, new QB, offensive line weakness, over-rated defense....and of course head coaching.

It's all sadly come true.
And next year's schedule is even harder

Sad turn of things in a short time.

There shouldn’t have been a reason the fix anything. The program should have never gotten to this point. If anyone fixes the issues it won’t be Stoops…he’s not capable.

I don’t even believe he has a plan or the desire to TRY to fix it. He has no reason to care. If he isn’t getting fired right now he never will be, and he knows it. He also knows no team with a pulse will want him.

Cutter Boley is not gonna save this program I’m afraid. People were just as high on Drew Barker and Beau Allen and look how they turned out. I think all the weight of the program will be put on a sophomore Boley’s shoulders and it will crumble. Just don’t see it working with him—let alone us losing all of our WR talent.

This is not even taking into account our awful offensive line. That cannot be fixed in one offseason. Future is bleak for all of UK football except Stoops’ bank account.

The next 2-3 years will be difficult. We may not see a winning record, much less 8-4, for several years, if ever again. Face it, UK football has been in the lower tier of the SEC since Bear Bryant left except for a good year here and there. Stoops had a couple of really good seasons but I fear he cannot break even since the extra teams were added to the conference. And. of course NIL and the portal have ruined any player continuity in college football and basketball.
