Ok, I'll agree with that --- although I'd contend that it's not a sandwich. It's a Po Boy. Probably would still be better with cheese, but I respect a Po Boy enough to not mess with it.

Barbeque chicken requires no further adornment, but pulled chicken by itself would definitely benefit from cheese. True.

Grilled chicken breast yesterday. Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, with a splash of Rafertys honey mustard on a butter hamburger bun. The key is letting the breast soak overnight in salt / water.
I have a bigger problem with those advocating for Ranch instead of those pushing grilled.
