I'm not looking forward to that! LOL! After we beat ISU, I thought we might actually do a little something in men's basketball this year. But, it appears that win was just a fluke.

I echo Freddie's thoughts. As fans of a rival, we don't want your players to play their best against us. But as a former player and as a father, I pray that this young lady make a full speedy recovery. A true sportsman never wants to see another athlete injured. When I saw her go down in the ballgame, my thought was Marcus Lattimore as was the thought of many in attendance. You could feel it in the crowd.

Godspeed Janee Thompson. A speedy recovery to you.

Ditto. Unfortunate part of the crowd being silent was that we could hear her. It completely cast a cloud over the entire event.

I am hopeful that with a bone break, that her recovery will be better than with a dislocation or ligament tear. Hopefully she'll be 100% by the start of next season.

Extremely classy when your rival's fans are so supportive when something like this happens. I was just watching on TV and I could hear her scream a few times myself. It was sickening. I hate what happened and hope she heals quickly. Thanks for the support Gamecock's fans.
