Hell he may never win another ncaa tournament game at least at Kentucky. You remember when Barney came on the radio and gave his expectations after the St. Peter’s debacle? What does he say this year? There will have to be some action taken. I know there is a group who think cal is untouchable but he isn’t. This actually may be Cals last chance to continue coaching given the class he can take with him to any school that offers him. I could see UK giving him 10-15 mil to take his incoming group to another school. If that doesn’t happen Barney will have to be the causality. No way are we in a position for Barney to come back on the radio this year and tell us his expectation. He did it knowing we would have a solid roster this year and cal would turn it around. He didn’t. Some kind of action will occur this time.

The good news with this loss is we have 3 more home games. So there’s 3 opportunities for fans to voice their displeasure by not going. If pitino shows for the 1996 celebration on ut game day I hope he is met with the biggest cheers. That would be a cal guy punch
