Refs make the SEC unwatchable

It’s every single game that we find ourselves in these discrepancies. Hard to watch, indeed.
They have their marching orders tonight to get Oklahoma in the tournament. This is worst than the UGA game
Yeah I just kind of expect it at this point. Good thing is, the NCAA Tournament refs are held accountable. So the shenanigans go way down.
I think they looked at scoreboard and went... yikes... touch foul... but still 10-4 at 5 minute mark is bad
I don’t even care so much about the disparity in the numbers. It’s just awful how bad many of the calls are, and even worse are the no calls.
@Aike - I just yelled out loud the same thing, to myself. I get very little enjoyment watching these game lately. It’s so disgusting. Refs are almost completely incompetent. They suck so ****ing bad man. Killing the game, game after game.
Sometimes. Or sometimes they are awarded the Final Four for cheating us.
When I moved out of Kentucky most people couldn’t believe I watch college basketball. Outside of our world most people could not care less about it. Refs are a big, big reason this sport is held back on a national stage.
Man, I’ve never been one to blame refs too often, but, idk how anyone can deny it this season. We’ve had several games this year that the officiating was criminally bad & it heavily contributed to some losses. It feels like it’s an issue in every game. And, it’s getting old af. 🤬
People keep saying "these aren't just SEC refs".. but then how come the Big12 and Big10 finish games with half the fouls across the conference? We have to at least acknowledged the SEC is being whistled far more.
I love how every time Kentucky plays these scrub teams we are always the ones in early foul trouble. You’d think we were the bottom feeder trying to scratch and claw to stay in the game and our opponent was the top-10 or top-15 team threatening to run away with the game due to vastly superior depth of talent. But nope 🙄
they call random fouls on sooner bench players to balance fouls....

Vandy just about got robbed - the refs did everything possible to gift that game to a&m. That was criminal.

NBA is a much bigger product nationwide. Their refs aren't perfect but a HUGE upgrade from what we see.
For me it is watching UK guards going to the basket getting all kinds of contact but no foul then on the other end, the other teams guards fall down and it's a foul.
Dude, NBA officiating is sooooo much better than college - college referees aren't even on the same class as NBA officials.
We have players getting taken out on dunks without a foul call but you think our reach ins are worse?
Gift a rest dude. You have turned into one of the biggest whiners on this board. Every single game you complain about the refs. Let it freakin' go dude.
Does it bother you that Okla has 6 fouls to UKs 2 thus far in the second half? If it was the other way around, guarantee you would be the first to complain. Goodness.
