Seems like every SEC team gets home advantage from the SEC refs except us. Example, Auburn-TAM tonight was 14 FT attempts vs 39. 14 - 39...... Meanwhile we get called for some ticky tack shit every game

Refs are entitled and think they are the show. They should have to stay on the floor at halftime in opposite corners as well. The fact they go to their own lockerroom to strategize is nonsense. Same for watching film for tendencies pregame. The rule book doesn’t change and you aren’t prepping for an opponent. Call what you see in live time based on the never changing rule book.

Beyond the betting and fixing games; it’s stuff like “taking the game in their own hands” and punishing Iverson in the playoffs bc they thought he should have been suspended etc.

Watched it a couple of weeks ago; it was crazy. If you don’t think refs impact games with bias, you are naive.

Refs are the one job I can think of where, if you colossally fail, you're completely immune from criticism AND the critics may get fined in the process. It's bullshit
Exactly! No oversight at all, they are free to do whatever and affect a game however they want.

I've heard my father say those exact words over a million times over the last 30 years lol he damn near should put it on a shirt. Maybe a black and white striped one that says "kick me" on the back
