WTH are you talking about Seth? The players on those teams absolutely had everything to do with it. We have pics of them.

Or us back in the late '80's.What Seth failed to understand is, these were impermissible benefits given to recruits, who then played games, therefore they were ineligible, hence the games had to be vacated. Seth, this is how it's done. It may not be "fair" to players or fans, but it's the NCAA's way of sending a message that if you break the rules, you pay the price. Been like that for years. Seth, I don't hear you calling the NCAA out for what happened to UMASS, or Memphis. Come on, man!
Or Duke with Lance Thomas.....wait. Nevermind.Or us back in the late '80's.
Exactly, they didn't give these kids further sanctions, and they didn't have anything to do with itWTH are you talking about Seth? The players on those teams absolutely had everything to do with it. We have pics of them.
Once again i am surprised by ESPN's take/spin on this. While i still think UL's sins pale in comparison to those of UNC they were still wrong.ESPN seems to be saying it was no big deal, you cant't change what happened on the court. It is a load of crap,if this doesn't matter then what the hell does matter.I've noticed a disturbing trend on the coverage of the whore scandal. Most of these talking heads seem to be blaming the NCAA, kind of mocking the vacating of games, as if this is some new concept. I'm chalking it up to ESPN's ACC wagon circling/homerism. The title is gonzo, bitches, get used to it.
The media just needs to answer a simple question, and someone needs to raise it.
If an underage kid who felt pressured to have a sex act on their campus, received a life threatening STD (AIDS), would they be singing this tune? Louisville put a lot of people at risk, and that's just a fact.
Those players knew it was happening and could have done the right thing and spoken up to the president and Pitino. They could have tried to be a leader and clean up their team. Everyone of them had that ability and chose to either ignore or participate.
It doesn't matter anyway, this is how the system works. The players represent the program and University, they sink or swim with it. Next time pay attention to life choices, they have real consequences.
