Stoops can’t do that. It would cut into the extensive “Jeff Ruby’s nights with the boys” fund. Those don’t pay for themselves.

Iguess it really has turned to the wild west then. I know we missed on everyone on signing day, had RB flip, all because our NIL didn't measure up. We are having a hard time even getting a visit from portal guys. Have a shot at Key until someone offers his GF an NIL opportunity, that's his interest in us. Kirby set an amount and won't go over it. Players are worth what someone is willing to pay
