The human mind is not fully developed until 26. (And as much as parents are warping their kids brains nowadays, that time frame may become longer.) for now, lets go with the undisputed fact of 26. As there brains develop, they will often change, over time. Some boy or girl may fancy rob lowe in lost boys, but so much years later in tommy boy. Their tastes change. Perfectly normal. They may feel tough some days and others they cannot get out of bed due to fear. It is at this point, the human mind figures "it" out. Now, they are more likely to get over it (upwards to 80%). Let them do that naturally.
Guess what ... Once the "reversible" hormone process starts in a child, it is not reversible. If a kid misses his or her window for growth, it is gone forever. So pumping the children full of blockers is just as bad as any surgery, top or bottom.
If you had a child (heaven pls forbid) and they wanted to remove their legs (there are disorders in which ppl want their limbs removed), would you let them? Or would you try to get them the mental help they need? Why is this any different, EXCEPT it has been politicized? By your side.

I think we should oppose limb removal unless the child (or young tree) has gone through “a long and thoughtful process.” Then? Well, maybe they won’t later regret the loss of a limb or two.

One very disappointing thing is the total bias and political games played by Democrats. They prove over and over they have no concern or love for this country.
We have serious questions about Joe Biden and his family's relationship with China but Democrats hush it up, refuse to be concerned, knowing the media will cover for them and squash any legitimate reports of wrong doing. They don't care. They do not seek truth. Even some in the GOP do the same. Who knows how much money they get.
We often talk about "National Security". We go to war over "national security". Biden's relationship with China may be the biggest national security threat of our lifetime. All threats in our past history have been overseas, separated by two large oceans of water on both sides of our nation. It was always far away. Now, due to politicians dealings with China they are in our backyard. Their communist influence is engrained in our universities. They are in our businesses and are buying up property across the U.S.
Much of this is a result of politicians taking large sums of money from China. But America sleeps and few are concerned.

Recent events prove we are living in a police state. It is not a question anymore, the only question is what degree. I hope when the protests start in a few days they are peaceful. Unlike most of you guys on here I am not nearly as "programmed" and am capable of nuanced views of issues.
I think parents/doctors/psychologists should be the ultimate authority on personal trans decisions (not the state).... But not when it comes to sports participation because that is an unfair advantage in some cases. Sports should be tied to your genetic birth.
I think abortion should be legal but only up to 10 weeks and should always make exceptions for rape/incest.
Guns should always be legal.... But there should not be gun show loopholes, the age to own an AR15 should be 21 and the process to obtain one should involve extensive background checks, references, and stricter red flag laws if you're showing signs of mental illness/instability.
Teachers should always be available to talk to their students about anything that's bothering them (trans/gay) but should also be required to notify parents and involve them whenever possible. Telling teachers they can't even talk to kids about sensitive issues is BS. I couldn't tell you how many times kids talked to me about things (not that issue) that led to them getting counseling and psychological help that prevented suicide.
With most of you guys.... Its all or nothing....damn the torpedoes on your philosophies of life with little room for any nuanced view.
