This is exactly what they are doing. We had an issue down here with 3 counties in Southeast Florida, one in particular, Broward County. Ft Lauderdale. They had an election supervisor that probably trained Stacy Abrams because she was an absolute cheating crook. Remember the 2000 presidential election.
