Players can test NBA every year??

Didn't they change the rule that a player can test the NBA combine every year and it does bother bother eligibility? I guess as long as you don't sign with an agent. Can't remember the rule sorry.

The rule wasn't in place when RP was at U.K.

Yeah, the 4th time they have to stay in the draft.

They should be allowed to go through the draft and if not selected at all, allowed to return (as long as they don't take cash or money from agents or for autograph sessions). If they get picked in the 1st or 2nd round, they obviously can't return and should go anyway.

Do it like baseball. Even if drafted be allowed to return. If they get drafted by a bad team they can return if they don't take money.
