That’s my point. Why didn’t we go after this kid? Hell, his Daddy played on Cal’s best UMass team. That team was an all time great. Just ran up against the GOAT.
My thoughts as well. Idk if he did or not but he should’ve at least promised him he’d be in competition for a starting spot and would likely win it over Dillingham.

Idc if that scared off Dillingham. Dingle is a better player with a funny name

Rick always gets the absolute most out of his players so I don’t blame any kid who wants to improve their game wanting to play for him. ST John’s is a good place and he’ll make it competitive again. Funny names and stuff are one thing, but I guarantee Rick believes the young man can help his team or he wouldn’t be there. I’m looking for some improvement quickly up there and will definitely be keeping an eye on them. I actually think he’s the perfect fit for them. I just love to see all these young people work hard to improve themselves and have a good life. Saying that, if somehow we were to play them, haha, I hope we would beat the absolute stuffing out of them. Go Cats.

He does have a funny name. Also, pretty sure Allen Edwards and Dana Dingle are cousins. Always thought that was kinda wild.

St. John's could be solid next year. They have Joel Soriano returning. He gave them 15 points and 12 rebounds per game last year.

They add Dingle. Glen Taylor is also coming in. He average 12 and 4 for Oregon State last season. Pitino is also bringing in the 2nd and 3rd best players from his Iona team, plus the role-player guard, Naheem Alleyne, from UConn off that title team.

Jenkins
Dingle
Taylor
Salzinski
Soriano

All five of those guys have already averaged double figures scoring on the division one level. That's a team that could make some noise in Pitino's first year.

I'm expecting Pitino to add a few more pieces soon.

He probably knows what he’s doing.

So is Misericordia a D2 or D3 school? I’ve never heard of them.
D3. I’d never heard of them either until my buddy took the baseball job. I now have an UA polo with their logo. But still couldn’t tell you what state it’s in. Gun to head my answer would be PA. I have watched a few of their playoff games on the iPad though.

Yes it appears in a quick search to be northern Pennsylvania. Catholic school.

Remember Pitno has more experience with NIL than most Coaches he was using it and hookers at UL before it became legal.
