You know, I've actually heard from a few people who think UK might stand a better chance of getting this guy than many would suspect.

Personally I'd be shocked if it actually happened. But sometimes recruits do surprising things. Not all the 5 star basketball recruits sign with programs like UK, Duke, UNC or Kansas either. I've seen kids UK recruited in basketball end up at some rather strange places, SMU as one example. Not all the 5 star football recruits are going to sign with Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame, USC, Clemson or Florida State either.

I’ve got some sources in south FL that tell me Surtain isn’t out of the picture just yet. Apparently there is ‘mutual interest’ in both parties, and a visit is likely. I’m hearing 50/50 shot if he follows through with the visit..
