The pretend journalists are incensed actual journalists are getting noticed.

Liberal media critics on Twitter lambasted Musk's reported move to bring in Weiss while leveling the same public relations accusation against her that they used on Taibbi last week.

"This is all normal stuff if you’re onboarding a new hire to your comms team," Washington Post tech columnist Taylor Lorenz reacted.

"The most obvious and hilarious PR campaign masquerading as investigative journalism you will ever see," Vice News correspondent Roberto Aram Ferdman tweeted.

MSNBC columnist Marisa Kabas wrote, "sure sounds like bari weiss is twitter's new publicist."

"o bari weiss is doing: a.) an internal witch-hunt for a private company and b.) external PR for said company," Smithsonian Magazine senior editor Ted Scheinman wrote, adding "no real journalist would agree to this unholy amalgamation. the basest hackery."

It is glorious to see the MSM trip over itself trying to save face when all along, they could have done the right thing but instead chose to be biased and disingenuous.

Just another conspiracy theory proven true. Everyone knew they were shadow banning one side and amplifying the other. Yet they denied it at every turn, even under oath, while knowing at least half the country knew what they were doing.

It's amazing how social media was nothing more than a propaganda machine. If you know now for a fact they wanted you to see only one side of the political aisle....then you also know all the other insanity on there existed because that's what they wanted you to see. Why?

Also, huge shocker that a Podesta was on Twitter's "Trust and Safety Council".

^ Snopes also says that is mostly false.

Edit: Oh, and Anthony Fauci's daughter lmaoooo

Lesley Podesta, the niece of John Podesta who is the former White House Chief of Staff for Bill Clinton and a Senior Advisor to Joe Biden, resigned from Twitter's Trust and Safety Council on Thursday with two others saying it is over concerned about the "wellbeing of Twitter's users."

Charlie Kirk tweeted, "So let me get this straight... Not only was Anthony Fauci's daughter a Twitter employee, but John Podesta's niece just resigned from Twitter's "Trust and Safety" Council??"

The actions of the progressive scum who ran Twitter further substantiate what we knew about the corrupt, filthy, civilization destroying doctrine of their ideology.

GAF yet, "Liberals"?

I don't want to hear about "CoNsErVaTiVeS aRe a ThReAt tO OuR dEmOcRaCy" or "StOp CaLliNg uS GrOoMeRs!", ETC. again.

What does "under oath" even matter or mean to a liberal testifying at congress anymore?

Trust and safety for a Podesta... Think about what was in the wikileaks about the Podesta brothers and then it's clear why they didn't care about child porn.

Think Elon may want a taksie backsie on this one.

I use Twitter to follow basketball so hope they figure everything out lol
What is your opinion now that with all the twitter files being exposed? Are you happy they are attacking child porn and child exploitation on the site? Are you upset that the co was working with the government to censor certain political beliefs?

Just curious if that affects you following sports coverage.

"The PR Division of the DNC" even though some of the most popular and vocal twitter accounts belong to right wing media outlets and pundits who have always been able to share their point of views daily on the platform. Of course, they'll be the first to yell about being silenced and have created a narrative that everyone and everything is out to get them, whether it be Hollywood, the media, big tech, colleges, whatever. I mean, according to many who post on the paddock, teachers are the new enemy. It's a tiresome narrative that sounds psychotic at times. Not everything is some conspiracy against your side.

We already know he lied to Congress. Besides that, he's the top dog and what happens on his watch is his responsibility.
If you are going before Congress, you best be informed or answer “I don’t know” or “not that I am aware of.” People who have power or think they are important have a problem admitting they don’t know when “I don’t know” is the truthful response. Plus, I assume he saw these as softball questions from a friendly.

Unbelievable.

Member when Congress called Mark Zuck and Jack Dorsey up to testify….questioned them on Russia bs. Said Facebook was helping Donald Trump by spreading Russia Memes…that actually happened.

In reality, of course, all this social media crap is just a propaganda arm of the Democratic Party, and the Global Agenda on a larger scale. That’s why it’s so important. With Twitter you can mold ideas all over the world. Push the ideas you want, and where you want them. Change the world.

This Twitter stuff is not going as planned. It was supposed to be bankrupt or something by now.

It's hilarious because he pretends to be this super moderate that sees the right as far crazier than the left. Every time we get more proof of how far the left is out of sanity... crickets.

1) it’s not happening, not everything is a conspiracy.
2) it might be happening but it’s not a big deal. How does it affect your day-to-day anyway?
3) it’s happening and it’s good that it’s happening, all rights have limits.
4) you’re a bigot for noticing that it’s happening.

@Popquiz81 and @wildcatsboston1984 are are also noticeably absent this past week.

A dozen pages back, Clorox was pointing out that Musk lost half of his net worth. I do not follow or keep a stat sheet on the wealthiest people on our planet.

80 posted a link to the top go getters and I followed that to Elon's wealth over time.

Musk couldn't have pulled that off this purchase two years ago. He was simply at the right place at the right time to make that happen. He was a variable that the left could not have predicted two years ago.

He hasn't had this kind of money very long. He was briefly worth north of $300B, but now just south of $200B.

He is still 800% richer than he was two years ago.

What a loser.

In a van...down by the river
Dear Elon,

I know $44 Billion isn’t really all that much to you but you didn’t have to go the extra mile. Just wanted you to know that I respect the sacrifices you have made (both monetary & personal) & greatly value the effort you have put forth.

Having said that...it would be further appreciated if, in your spare time, you could perhaps drop a few more billion on google & YouTube so you can expose those conniving, lying bastards as well. Preferably before they have the opportunity to “Hillary all the files”.

Keep on keeping on, brother!

Sincerely,
Kaizer

P.S No rush...but still patiently waiting for the “burning TikTok to the ground” plan that we discussed earlier to take full effect.

P.S.S. Good luck on the imminent government investigations and IRS audits on all of your companies.
