No TV or Internet for tonight?

Watch the game on any computer, tablet or phone via WATCH ESPN. Stop complaining guys, it's a football Saturday late in the season. No one will even remember these games by the time conference play starts. At least they aren't on tape delay, or worse, not shown on TV at all. I've been in the hospital recently and they don't have the SEC network, but I have my iPad Air here with me and I have watched every football and basketball game using that app. So I guess the old verbiage makes sense, "get with the times, or get left behind".

It is posts like this that totally piss me off.

The damned game should be on TV.

Until the first exhibition game this year I had not missed a UK game since the Missouri game in Maui. So don't come over here and act so damned smug.

I am glad that you have your damned IPad. Good. But you don't have a 120" TV that needs a good source for watching a game.

Go to WalMart and buy a Roku stick... Plug in back of TV and hook to Internet, watch it o watchESPN...

was actually just researching Roku - and that's what hubby is getting ready to go do. I think, though, we're going to buy the player instead of the stick because it offers more for not much higher price.

Hope we don't regret it, LOL

What I have read on the roku from users is that the player gives the best results. The stick is so-so.

Then don't schedule a game on a Saturday in November. Football is always gonna trump basketball in being shown.

I bought a 32 inch roku smart tv earlier this year for less than $200. Comes in very handy.

You guys and gals need to buy a ROKU streaming device. It plugs directly into a HD input. If you have a good WiFi signal at home, this will work for you. You can watch the game in HD through the Watch ESPN app on their SECNetwork+ section.

Funny, before the SEC Network we could always watch Kentucky Basketball games out of the Cincinnati Market on the local UK/SEC Channel (Star 64)
Internet Streams suck ,especially when you live out in the country and the supposed High speed Internet is not high speed.
You'd think they could use an alternate channel, personally I could care less about the football games,I watch a few UK football games and my favorite NFL team, but Kentucky Basketball trumps everything else for me.

It's 2015, how do people not understand internet video at this point?
I understand it just fine, but we can't get decent high speed internet here on the farm, these satellite carriers suck and the Zoomtown is only a half assed speed ,believe me I'm not cheap,TV is our best option here,we always got games before they started this BS SEC Network, funny how we can't get them now
If UK Basketball wants our support find a friggin way for us to watch games again

There is a way, you just aren't willing to do it.

I'll explain again, internet is not good here in the country,Streaming games will give you a headache because they keep buffering.I have tried every internet option available here.
Never had this problem before ,funny how technology has made it harder to watch a UK Basketball game,

It's two freaking games against nobodies, chill the eff out. Not like you're missing the Duke game.

Again, I don't see how that's their problem. You wanna make things hard for yourself, fine, but don't blame other people.

The Sec alternative channel has nothing playing on it for 156 hours straight.

The game needs to be on there period.

It is not in competition with football. There are other channels just sitting there playing the sec network music on repeat. It is bullshit.

I never missed a game for over 10 years before internet,I like to watch every game, regardless of what you think

[cheers]
Some folks don't understand the written word. This thread is going to hell in a handbasket. I don't understand why someone favors a little screen over a HD big screen.

Hell I have the radio broadcast, I just like a perfect HD picture on a large screen TV instead of a little computer screen. Of course the brilliant folks don't understand that my little computer screen is 23" but that sucks compared to 70-120" TV.

I looked on watchespn going to watch on my laptop but did not see it listed...where do I look?
