Out of respect for NYC, and the culinary arts of the NE in general, I make an original New York cheesecake made with cream cheese from Philadelphia.
Very jealous of the Italians when it comes to holiday feasts.
I do love some mac n cheese though.

Santa responsibilities done. The last year for this so sad and relieved at the same time. She doesn't really believe anymore...10yrs....but still is ate up by it.

Bittersweet. Ended Santa for my kid around that age. She knew it wasn’t real, but still liked the surprise of the presents.
Middle kid still believes, I think. He knows his dad is a notorious cheapass, but Santa comes through every year. Kinda want him to figure it out, honestly. Still have another one to bestow the magic upon.
