Milt Wagner Hired At UL!

Yep. I shared this was coming in the "need good news" thread. Had lunch with a very connected UL booster yesterday in Jeffersonville. He flies on the team plane and whatnot. We are going to lose Wagner.
The plane has crashed into the GD mountain.
I I like the “hybrid” job title they came up for him.
If you don’t have a current job available for the No. 1 recruit’s grandpa, then just make a new one up.

What is this.. gonna be the 5th or 6th time we lost a recruit due to the blatant obvious family-hiring?
This sport really is more corrupt than any out there. I know there isn't much you can do to combat this.. but damn, it's so obvious what UofL is doing.

I don't know what Cal can do here.. UofL just brought out the "big guns", to which Cal has no answer for. If you don't want to lose recruits like this, then start playing the game.
Either we can sit on our moral high ground and become irrelevant, or make up a damn $100k 1-year job for the kids family member, which will pay for itself if that kid even helps us win just ONE game in the tournament.

I can see this coming back to bite U6 somehow, just like all the other shady crap they pull.
This, this, and more this. When Wes was still around, it was cool for Cal to play the game. But since that relationship ended, he's too good (lazy) to play dirty? Seriously.
I liked the edgy and BMF Cal. Now he's a fat version of Tubby. I don't get it. Watch the GD 30 for 30. Where did THAT GUY go?!?!

Cal hired Milt Wagner at Memphis. I don't know why he wouldn't want to do the same now with Milt or Dejuan. Same thing with the Cunningham brother.
How is it all these top recruits that are “locks” to UK end up not working out?

I think a LOT of UK fans failed to realize just how much WWW was helping Cal dominate recruiting in the first half of his UK tenure.
Cal's would be a Generational Poverty Czar.
We keep hearing from some sources that UK is still feeling confident. All I know is I’d be 3 coaches deep (would be 4 if we had another assistant) at all of Mr. Dillingham’s games this weekend and throughout the circuit.
Guess Milts only way to land a job is to have talented offspring, haha.

We also heard sharpe was bettering himself and waiting for next season.

If any university is willing to make a hire just to get a player how can any coach stop that. But this will just give you guys another talking point to push your agenda. Congrats. Big day for you guys.

These last few years have been a complete kick in the balls for BBN.
So why doesn't Cal hire his dad for the same position at UK?It's time for Cal to get off his ass and fight fire with fire.

First of all: Wagner was the only thing that even made me care the slightest bit whether we lost Cal or not. Now Cal can hit the road if/when Wagner signs with UL.
Second: Louisville not even caring about repairing their image is so Louisville.
