In the NFL the home team gets to choose to wear white or colors and the opposing team has to wear the opposite.

The tradition started being white at home because you had access to laundry facilities. Colored on the road because you didn't.

Not just NFL. CBB as well

So if Louisville wanted to wear red, they could do so. We could technically wear blue since they are different parts of the "color wheel" that the NCAA uses, but the ACC would need to approve.

This game, IMO, should ALWAYS be BLUE uniforms vs. RED uniforms no matter where the game is played.

That tweet is a joke, UL isn't wearing those, but they could wear red if they wanted and we'd then probably wear White instead of Blue.

I would like to see UK get a bit more creative from time to time. Have special nights at Rupp wearing diff eras. The 2005 throwbacks, the denims (would be cool for Reed), Bill Keightley Tribute Night w those black jerseys, etc.

Be fun and a good opportunity to remember and celebrate history of the program.
