Who is a current NbA player from Duke making an impact? I read this article on ESPN about K adopting Cal's practices in recruiting. He is revered as the greatest while Cal is a weasel. It's ridiculous. How in the hell is K bringing in the talent he has the last three seasons? I don't get . There is some shady ish going on in Durham. The track record for former Duke players is abysmal in the NBA . What is his selling point? Something very fishy about his success.

Wait, so you're baffled as to the "selling point" of a coach whose resume features more wins than any coach in the history of the sport, plus 5 national championships, two Olympic Gold Medals, and two World Cup Gold Medals? And who's done it at one of the nation's premiere and most prestigious academic schools? Seriously?

Criminy, fella, loosen up the BBN blinders a bit. I'm certainly no Duke fan, but if you can't understand why it's such an appealing destination for basketball recruits then that's on you.

Yes uk90. Kids care more about themselves than their coach or the university. K does little for his players. He doesn't develop nor do his recruits see their potential in the NBA. I don't see your point bc kids care little about history. It's what do you do recently. The Olympics is his only selling point.

Kentucky is the place of the pros.

Duke is a distant, distant, distant 2nd or 3rd.
