On Saturday, Karl-Anthony Towns will no longer be a teenager as he will be celebrating his 20th birthday. Despite his youth, Towns has been playing exceptionally well in his rookie season for the Minnesota Timberwolves, averaging a double-double of 16.1 points and 10.5 rebounds.
Considering Towns' age and how he spent just one year at the University of Kentucky, his seamless adjustment to the NBA is quite remarkable. Especially since only a few years ago, he had the "unique opportunity" to interview his "basketball idol" Kevin Durant.
