Look....recruits and transfers know at UK certain kids get what they want and the rest have little to no shot above them. Another reason why we never have a full roster as kids don't want to waste their time at UK.

EVERYONE knows that the 5* kids are the only ones that will get the time regardless of how they perform. The others will just have to be satisfied with practice time and front row seats to the games

I’ll bet you $7 we will have more than 7 scholarship players. As of now we have Onyenso, Bradshaw, Edwards, Dilly, DJ, Reed, Thiero, likely Reeves coming back and will add a few more.

You actually are claiming that we have a "bad freshman class". All you did was prove my point. All of the major recruiting analysts are saying that we have a great freshman class. You probably haven't even watched any of the players play in any games. There is absolutely no reason to call it a bad class. A typical Cal hater.

We have our starting lineup and 6th and 7th man, we don’t need great options, we need Eloy Vargas to play spot minutes and be solid. I’m not sure why y’all think we’re gonna have a 2015 roster ever again. Guys want to play, no one of quality is gonna come here to play spot minutes.

It's not about the talent Edwards brings to UK. We all know he is extremely talented, albeit a Freshman. It's that we will have absolutely zero depth if we miss on Johnson and Livingston stays in the draft. We have to hope Reeves comes back and Oscar, too. Right now, we have 5 freshman and 2 sophomores on our roster. You can't win like that let alone have competitive practices.
That being said, players will pull out of the draft combine and there will be other options soon (Expect a big time A10 player to do this soon). We need bodies and contributors if we all wanna get to where we wanna go.

It is not considered to be a bad class. NBA scouts love Edwards and Bradshaw and many of them like Wagner a lot. We have 2 talented sophomores. We only need a few more reserves. Cal will sign a few transfers.
I mean, at this point if you are Cal, you hand this kid a blank check and say write down your price. He would be a tremendous addition to this roster and a potential lottery pick next year if he came to UK.
I don't know why Cal won't go all in on the NIL game.It's all these transfers care about but he acts like he's above it all.
