No but he called a T on Cal for being outside of the coaches box vs Vandy this year.
Was awful when he was younger. Somehow has gotten worse. Arrogance shouldn't be in a refs persona, but it is in his. Will not be a good whistle from him.

He gave Wisconsin points after shot clock, allowed basket when guy had not re-established himself inbounds and the UCONN flop.
Expect him to try his best to put the screws to us.

Miller called for foul when flop against UCONN ref. Gif here somewhere. Might as well give Kenny Smith a whistle.
This is the NCAA's version of the WWE when Vince McMahon assigns himself as special guest referee for a title match.
That flop that Miller got called for against UCONN is maybe my most hated call all time. Between that one and the Wisconsin shot clock. Same ref? Hmmmmmmmmm
Higgins is enough to explain the betting line.
Hope we play well enough where Higgins can't affect the outcome.
I'm actually more concerned about the way the game will be officiated than how it will be played.
I'd rather have Doug. As bad as he can be, he gives Cal a longer leash.

Kimble called KU game. Nothing sticks out from that game. Reed called WSU in 14. Maybe those two won't be as bad. Adams, Sirmons, Luckie, or Ayers with Higgins would be murder.
Well Higgins called the national championship game last year and UNC fans absolutely hate him. Probably lots of hate mail sent his way from UNC fans this past year, based on Twitter comments.
Since we're Kentucky a horse head in his bed seems appropriate.
When people talk about Doug Shows being so bad, they're remembering him back when Cal first started coaching at UK. He was by far our worst ref then and it wasn't even close. Things changed though once Cal got him to ref his fantasy camp one summer, and spent some time talking to him. He's been much better reffing for us the past few seasons.
Higgins sucks bad but the other 2 are pretty good so 2 out of 3 ain't bad considering how UK has gotten trios of horrible refs this season. But UK just needs to play at its level and the refs can't help beat us .
I'll keep an eye out for him. I've honestly never noticed him
Made it past Wichita State and UCLA. They're (NCAA) not taking any more chances. Sending in Higgins to finish us off.
And listen he might of done the UCLA game earlier this season but refs had nothing to do with us losing . Our horrible , butt ugly defense did . Refs during SEC time are bad but I do think people sometimes dwell on this too much . Man up and play well enough to win regardless.

We didn't lose either of those games because of refs. They didn't help but we lost those games for a myriad of reasons. I get what you are saying but in the end you play well and it don't matter . Rise to the occasion and I believe we can.UCONN and Wisconsin.

Those games had officiating issues.
I'm pretty sure Higgins is the guy standing right next to Shabazz Napier and calls that embarrassing flop a foul in the 2011 Final Four game.
