John Clay: UK still unable to compete against SEC big boys

Until Stoops can actually sign higher caliber players on the DLine it’s not going to get much better. Mitch needs to give him a blank check and demand he hire the best defensive staff he can find who are much better recruiters and proven developers of talent.

Love what SJ has done for KY but he has never been the answer. Stoops desperately needs his Andre W, Teddy Bridgewater, etc at QB. Just too many plays not being made in the passing game that is costing KY’s offense the ability to put more heat on teams.

We are football fans of a school that may miss out on a pretty nice bowl bid for a somewhat lesser one because of a basketball game with a non conference team that is for bragging rights.
Go sell that point to high ranking football recruits or any of these coaches who's names have been thrown around.
